“God Is Our Hiding Place”

You are a hiding place for me; you preserve me from trouble; you surround me with shouts of deliverance. Selah Psalm 32:7 ESV:

This verse reminds us that God is our hiding place and provider. When we feel exposed by failure or clouded in doubt, He offers forgiveness, clarity, and the strength to move forward. Today will never come again, let that truth sharpen your choices: seek God’s presence, accept His mercy, and let His truth shape each moment.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, thank You for being my refuge and provider. Forgive me for the times I missed Your truth and failed to trust You. Fill me with Your wisdom and courage to live this day well, guided by Your grace. Help me rely on You for every need. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Mighty Precious Name Lord Jesus Amen.

“You Will Never Relive Today”
Two tabby shadows curl beneath the eaves, Whiskers tuned to wind and whispered leaves. One, a housecat, purrs in sunlit ease; One, a wildcat, pads where tall grass breathes.
You are a hiding place, the old one says, A shelter where the startled heart can rest. Housepaw kneads the blanket, safe in gentle rays; Wildpaw lifts her head, the night still on her chest. When trouble prowls and claws at timid doors, you wrap us both in quiet, steady hands. You turn our cries to shouts of rescue, roars That scatter fear like footprints in the sand.
So let us curl ‘both tame and fierce’ together, Held by the refuge that will not depart; Selah: your mercy keeps us through all weather, A hiding place for every wandering heart.
