When night brings its quiet and our minds replay the day’s worries, this verse reminds us that rest is a gift rooted in letting go of all our worries and the day by giving it to God and resting in gift Of goodness and rest. Rest assured that God is wide awake. “The angel of the Lord encamps round about them that fear him. Psalm 34:7-9”

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, thank You and praise You for always being with us, even as we sleep. Help us to continue trusting in You, studying Your Word, and shining Your light to others. We are grateful that You are our everything. We love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your mighty and precious Name, Lord Jesus. Amen.
