Be kind and loving to each other. Forgive each other the same as God forgave you through Christ. Ephesians 4:32 ERV
This verse calls us to kindness, compassion, and forgiveness, not as optional extras but as the way we reflect Christ. When we forgive, we stop letting hurt shape our identity and instead let God’s mercy reshape our hearts. Practically, this looks like choosing a gentle word over a sharp one, offering help instead of judgment, and releasing a grudge even when it feels undeserved. Today, let one or more small acts of kindness be your proof that God’s forgiveness is working in you.
Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, soften my heart and fill me with kindness and compassion. Help me to forgive as You have forgiven me, to let go of bitterness, and to speak and act with grace. Use my small, everyday choices to show Your love to others. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Mighty Precious Name Amen.
