“Leadership In Serving”

“Even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Matthew 20:28

Jesus defines leadership by service and love, not by power or prestige. His coming reverses the world’s expectations: greatness is measured by willingness to lay down rights, meet needs, and bear cost for others. When we follow him, our ambitions are reshaped into acts of humble, sacrificial care that point others to the life he gives.

Questions I ask myself each day:

Where can I choose service over recognition this week?

Who needs sacrificial care rather than my approval?

What small cost am I willing to pay to show Christ’s love?

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, You, came to serve and to give Your life for us. Strip away my pride and make me willing to bear cost for others. Fill me with Your humility so my hands and time become instruments of Your love. Use my small acts of service to point someone to You. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Precious Name Amen.
