“No creature is hidden from his sight, but all are naked and exposed to the eyes of him to whom we must give account.” Hebrews 4:13
Hidden sin feels safe for a moment, but Scripture is clear: what we bury eventually rises. God exposes sin not to shame us but to heal us. When we hide sin, it grows in the dark; when we confess it, God breaks its power. Exposure is mercy, God pulling us out of the shadows and back into truth, freedom, and restored fellowship. The safest place is not secrecy but surrender.
Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, search my heart and reveal anything I’ve tried to hide. Give me courage to confess, wisdom to turn from sin, and grace to walk in the light. Thank you that exposure is mercy and repentance leads to freedom. Keep me honest before you and humble before others. Love You, thank You, Praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Precious Name Amen.
