“They Lost Someone Special”
I know what it means to lose,
To give my heart and trust,
Only to have them taken
Treated like they were nothing.
Sometimes people do not know
what they have until it is gone.
They overlook the faithful heart,
The helping hands,
The soul that always tried its best.
But I have learned something:
I did not lose myself.
They lost themselves. The Lords got me.
They lost someone unique,
Someone talented,
Someone who cared deeply
Gave everything she could.
They may never understand
The treasure they pushed away,
But their failure to value me
Does not decrease my worth.
I am still standing.
I am still gifted.
I am still becoming
The woman God created me to be.
I will not allow their choices
To make me question my value.
I did my best with an honest heart,
I will never be ashamed of that.
They did not take my light.
They only chose to walk away from it.
One day they may realize,
That they did not lose something ordinary.
They lost someone special. They lost themselves. The Lords got me. They lost me.

Psalm 139:14:

“I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.”

Heavenly Father God, I pray for every person who feels unwanted, forgotten, rejected, or alone. Please touch their heart and help them know that they are deeply loved and cherished by You. Remind them that they are fearfully and wonderfully made, created with purpose, and precious in Your sight. Lord Jesus, lead them to You. Help them understand that You gave Your life for them, rose again, and You can only offer forgiveness, hope, and eternal life. Open their hearts to receive Your love and place their trust in You. Jehovah Rapha, Jesus heal their wounds, silence the lies that say they are not worthy, and surround them with Your peace. Let them know that they are never beyond Your reach and never alone. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Mighty Precious Name Lord Jesus Amen.
