But the Lord said, “My grace is all you need. Only when you are weak can everything be done completely by my power.” So I will gladly boast about my weaknesses. Then Christ’s power can stay in me. Yes, I am glad to have weaknesses if they are for Christ. I am glad to be insulted and have hard times. Paul’s weakness became the stage for God’s strength. When Paul begged the Lord to remove his “thorn,” God answered: My grace is enough; my power works best in weakness. That flips our instinct: instead of hiding or fixing our weakness first, we can bring it honestly to God and let His grace transform it. In weakness we stop relying on ourselves and start depending on the One whose power never fails. Just when you think it’s all over, look for a breath of new life to pick you up. He is all sufficient and yours for the asking. “Behold I stand at the door and knock. If any man hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in. Rev, 3:20

Lord Jesus, thank You that Your grace is enough for me. Help me to bring my weaknesses to You, to rely on Your strength, and to find joy in Your power at work in my life. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Mighty Precious Name Lord Jesus Amen.
