You can be happy then and jump for joy, because you have a great reward in heaven. The ancestors of those people did the same things to the prophets. Luke 6:23
Rejoice in suffering! Jesus calls us to a surprising response when we face rejection or ridicule for doing what is right. Instead of bitterness, we are invited to celebrate because our present trials point to a greater reality: God sees, remembers, and stores up a reward in heaven. Let this shift your focus from immediate approval to eternal purpose; small hurts lose their power when held against God’s lasting justice and love. Live with courage, knowing hardship can refine faith and witness to others. So when we put ourselves in Gods shoes we can see joy from His perspective.
Dear Blessed Lord, help me rejoice when I am misunderstood or rejected. Give me the strength to respond with grace, the eyes to see Your eternal perspective, and the hope that my faithfulness matters to You. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.
