“Here I am Lord”

“Then I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I. Send me!” Isaiah 6:8

Here am I, send me. This verse shows a heart ready to respond when God calls. Let that willingness shape your day: listen for God’s voice in ordinary moments, offer yourself, even your doubts and limits, and trust that obedience, not perfection, is what He asks. Saying “Here am I” can be a quiet posture of availability, compassion, and courage. When we act in ways we don’t fully understand, God can be at work behind the scenes, turning confusion into a miracle. Your willingness, even in the messy or uncertain moments, is part of what He uses.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus , I am available. Give me ears to hear Your call, courage to step forward, and a willing heart to serve where You send me. Use my life, small and imperfect, for Your purposes. Bring good from my confusion. Help me trust when I don’t understand, give me courage to keep stepping forward, and open my eyes to the ways You are working in the midst of my mess. Thank You for turning what feels broken into something beautiful. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Precious Name Amen.
