“The Lord Teaches & Corrects”

You must remember that the Lord your God teaches and corrects you as a father teaches and corrects his son. Deuteronomy 8:5 ERV:

God’s discipline is not punishment without purpose; it is a loving training that shapes our character. When He humbles us through trials, He is teaching dependence, refining faith, and preparing us for the blessings He intends. Remembering that discipline comes from a Father who knows what we need helps us receive correction with humility instead of resentment. Let the hard seasons teach you trust: God is working to make you steady, grateful, and ready for what lies ahead.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, thank You and praise You for loving correction and for shaping me through every trial. Give me humility to learn, patience to endure, and faith to trust Your purpose. Help me see Your hand in discipline and grow into the person You are forming me to be. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Mighty Precious Name Lord Jesus Amn and Amen.
