“Believe In Yourself! Stand Strong”

While standing, raise your hands in the air and then bring your arms down slowly each time as you read this verse slow 3 times. So, brothers and sisters, stand strong and continue to believe the teachings we gave you when we were there and by letter. 2 Thessalonians 2:15 ERV:

I’m glad you noticed, winding down well can make standing firm feel a little more possible today and tomorrow. Here are a few gentle, practical things you can do right now and before bedtime to rest and keep your faith steady.

Breathe: 4 seconds in, 6 seconds out for three cycles.

Name one worry: Say it aloud or whisper it to God, then let it go for the night. If you feel you didn’t give it to God completely. Get a lunch bag and say it loud in that bag and then crinkle it up and throw the lunch bag away.

“Day or Night”

Turn off screens, cell phone, computer, television, radio or Games: Give your mind 20–30 minutes without news or social media.

Repeat one promise (“God is with me”) three times.

Do one small, faithful act before noon (call someone, pray, or read one verse).

“Morning Blessing”

A blessing to start the day:

Lord Jesus, meet me this morning with steady presence and clear purpose. May I be given courage to hold fast to truth, wisdom for each decision, and a calm heart that trusts Your timing. Thank You and praise You that You will walk with me in small acts of faith today, guide me to those who need encouragement and a friend in the Mighty Name of Jesus I will feel Your strength with every step as I give You all the honor and glory.

One-minute morning rhythm Read one short verse, repeat “God is with me” three times, then do one small faithful act before noon.

“Evening Prayer”

A short prayer for rest and surrender:

Lord Jesus , I bring tonight’s worries and weariness to You. Thank You for being with me through every hard moment; I release my fears and ask for Your peace to guard my heart and mind as I sleep. Strengthen me in the quiet so I can stand firm tomorrow, and wake me with hope thank You in Your Precious Name Amen.

Simple bedtime practice Breathe slowly for three cycles, name one worry aloud, then say the word “rest” and let it go.
