Father God, I was created in Your mind, a holy Thought that never left its home. I am forever Your Effect, and You forever and forever are my Cause. As You created me I have remained. Miracles are You. Righteousness is You. Your Love is Power. In Jesus Precious Name. Amen
“God’s Full Armor”
That is why you need to get God’s full armor. Then on the day of evil, you will be able to stand strong. And when you have finished the whole fight, you will still be standing. So, stand strong with the belt of truth tied around your waist, and on your chest wear the protection of right living. Ephesians 6:13–14 ERV:
An armored knight stands firm as arrows strike a shield marked “FAITH.” When Paul tells us to put on the full armor of God, he’s inviting us into a posture of spiritual readiness. Life brings pressures that try to pull us off course: doubts, temptations, fear, and injustice. The armor isn’t about strength we manufacture; it’s about the character and resources God gives us, truth, righteousness, the gospel, faith, salvation, and God’s Word, so we can stand firm when trials come. Take a moment to breathe and name one pressure you’re facing right now. Picture fastening the belt of truth around your waist and standing with steady feet. That image reminds us that faith is both defensive and active: we resist what would undo us, and we hold fast to what God has already done for us in Christ. God equips you to stand, not by your own power, but by putting on what only He provides.
Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, thank You for the armor You give. Help me to put on Your truth and stand firm when I’m shaken. Fill me with courage, steady my feet, and remind me that my strength comes from You alone. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Mighty Precious Name Lord Jesus Amen.
