Name one place you feel restricted (a habit, a fear, a relationship). Quietly invite the Spirit into that place, asking for insight and the strength to take one small, faithful step toward freedom. Trust that growth often looks like gentle, steady change rather than instant perfection.

Dear Blessed Lord Jesus, Spirit of freedom, come and breathe life into the places where I feel bound. Remove shame and fear, give me courage for the next right step, and help me rest in your transforming presence.
