“The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18
Some days we walk through moments we never planned, carrying weights no one else can see. Yet God never waits for us to “get it together.” He steps right into the middle of our real life, the messy parts, the tired parts, the hopeful parts, and He brings His nearness with Him. He doesn’t ask us to climb up to Him. He comes down to us. Right where we are. Right as we are. When your heart feels stretched thin, remember: His presence is not fragile. His love is not conditional. His strength is not limited by your weakness. He is the God who draws close, not the God who stands far off. You are not walking alone. You are being carried by a God who sees every detail and still calls you beloved.
Father God, thank You and praise You for meeting me in the middle of my day, morning, evening, my emotions, and my needs. Remind me that Your nearness is my strength. Lift my heart, steady my steps, and let Your peace settle over every place that feels heavy. Help me encourage others with the same comfort You give me. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious Name Amen.

I’m so glad that he meets us in our mess
