“When Giving Feels Invisible”

I met a lady January 27, 2026 at Costco, cured from cancer with just 4 platelet donations. That means a person going in twice to donate platelets. This is the kind of encounter that stops you in your tracks. Four platelet donations, two quiet, unseen acts of generosity, and they became part of someone’s healing story. I didn’t just meet a lady; I met living proof that small sacrifices can carry enormous miracles. Encouragement that when she thanked me even though we have different blood types made me feel good that she is alive because someone cared. I can imagine how that hit her heart, especially after she realized I was a donor. Now I see how much this sweatshirt carry’s. It’s like God gave me a glimpse of the ripple effect, the part we never really get to see.

“I met a woman who survived cancer because of just four platelet donations. Four. It reminded me that we never know how far one act of kindness can reach. What feels small to us can be life‑saving to someone else.”

1 Peter 5:10 reminds us: “The God of all grace, will Himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.” Yet, there are moments when we give, our time, our energy, our resources, our love, and nothing seems to change. No healing. No thank you. No breakthrough. Just silence. But silence is not absence. Invisibility is not inactive. God is not idle when we give. He is working in ways we cannot see, in hearts, in timing, in layers we don’t even know exist. But oh what joy it is to know we are giving for a purpose.

Father God, help me trust You when I give and don’t see results. Remind me that You are always working, even when I can’t trace it. Strengthen my heart to keep giving, keep loving, and keep believing that You will heal, restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish what I’ve offered in faith. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious name Amen.
