There are days when even walking feels like too much. When the weight of responsibility, grief, or exhaustion presses so hard, we wonder if we’ll make it through. But Isaiah doesn’t say “try harder.” He says, “wait on the Lord.” Because strength doesn’t come from pushing it comes from trusting. God doesn’t shame the faint. He empowers them. He doesn’t overlook the weak. He lifts them. And the promise isn’t just for a moment; it’s for the long haul. Run and not be weary. Walk and not faint. That’s endurance. That’s grace in motion. So, if today feels heavy, don’t rush. Wait. Lean in. Let Him renew you. Because the One who made the stars also sees your tired heart, and He’s not asking you to fly. He’s offering to carry you.
Father God, I’m tired. Sometimes I feel faint in body, mind, and spirit. But Your Word says You give power to the weary and strength to those who have none. Teach me to wait on You, not with frustration, but with faith. Help me trust that You will renew me, carry me, and walk with me. Help me to take it easy when I need to and take it slow when my energy increases. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Jesus Precious name Amen.

Isaiah 40:29–31 “He gives power to the faint, and to him who has no might He increases strength.
They shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.”
