“One-Third Too Bright”

I wandered out with lens in hand, to chase the ducks across the land. The sun, a blaze too bold, too high, bleached out the wings that tried to fly.
Yet in the glare, a branch stood still, with moss like velvet, soft and chill. A quiet green against the gold, a story nature gently told.
Five hundred frames, my heart’s delight, but one-third vanished into light. Still, every click, a prayer, a song, proof that beauty waits all along.
So let the sun erase a few, the rest still hold the world I knew. Even blurred, each frame I take Is love, is light, is no mistake.

Blessing for the Reader

May your eyes be opened to beauty, even in the frames that seem lost. May your heart find light in the shadows and the glare. May every step you take be guided by grace, and every moment, bright or blurred, be held in the hands of love. You are seen. You are cherished. You are part of the story that no sun can erase.
