“All Else I Want To See”

This is a profound meditation on identity, perception, and spiritual transformation. It beautifully expresses the need to release false self-images and embrace the truth of who we are in Christ, allowing divine vision to reshape how we see ourselves and the world. “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!” 2 Corinthians 5:17

“All Else I Want To See”

Recognizing that what I see reflects what I think I am, I realize that vision is my greatest need. The world I see attests to the fearful nature of the self image I have made. If I would remember who I am in Christ, it is essential that I let this image of myself go. As it is replaced by truth, vision will surely be given me. And this vision, I will look upon the world and on myself with charity and love. Embrace this truth.

Lord Jesus, I come to You with the desire to see rightly, not through the lens of fear or false identity, but through the truth of who I am in You. Help me to release the image I’ve made of myself, the one shaped by doubt, shame, and the world’s expectations. Replace it with Your truth. Let Your Spirit renew my mind and open my eyes to see with love, with grace, and with clarity. May I look upon myself and others with charity, knowing that we are all reflections of Your divine image. Give me vision, Lord, not just to see, but to understand. Not just to observe, but to love. Let this transformation begin in me and flow outward into the world. Love You, thank You, praise You and give You all the honor and glory in Your Precious Name Amen and Amen.
