“Fight”

” Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses. “
1 Timothy 6:12 

This verse is Paul’s charge to Timothy, urging him to remain steadfast in his spiritual journey. Faith isn’t passive, it’s active, resilient, and often tested. Paul likens it to a noble battle, one worth every effort. Eternal life is both a future promise and a present reality. We’re called to grasp it with conviction; not let it slip through distraction or doubt. Timothy had publicly declared his faith. Paul reminds him, and us, that our commitment is not just personal, but a testimony to others.
