“By Grace I Live”

Grace is an aspect of the Love of God which is most like the state prevailing in the unity of truth. It is the world’s most lofty aspiration, for it leads beyond the world entirely. It is past learning, yet the goal of learning, for grace cannot come until the mind prepares itself for true acceptance. Grace becomes inevitable instantly in those who have prepared a table where it can be gently laid and willingly received, an alter clean and holy for the gift.

Grace is not earned. It is received. It is the fragrance of divine love, the whisper of eternity in a weary world. It is past learning, yet the goal of all learning. It waits for a heart prepared, a table set, an altar made holy by longing and trust. Grace does not force. It gently arrives where it is welcomed.
By grace I live. Not by merit. Not by strength. But by the quiet miracle of God’s never-changing love.

Ephesians 2:8 “For by grace are ye saved through faith…”
