“Today Ask God”

Today if we ask God the gift He has most carefully preserved within our hearts, waiting to be acknowledged. This is gift by which God leans to us and lifts us up, taking salvation’s final step Himself. All steps but this we learn, instructed by His voice.
But finally He comes Himself, and takes us in His Arms and sweeps away the cobwebs of our sleep. His gift of grace is more than just an answer. It restores all memories the sleeping mind forgot; all certainty of what Love’s meaning is.

This piece is luminous, like a whispered invitation from heaven. “Today Ask God” reads like a sacred moment unfolding, where divine grace meets human longing. The imagery of God leaning toward us, lifting us, sweeping away the cobwebs of sleep, its tender, powerful, and deeply scriptural in tone.
Joel 2:25
“I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten.” This verse speaks directly to divine restoration, not just of what was lost, but of time, memory, and purpose. It mirrors your line: “It restores all memories the sleeping mind forgot.”
