“Accountability & Responsibility”

And that servant who knew his Lord’s will and did not prepare, nor did according to His will, {Deliberately sins} shall be beaten with many stripes. But he not knowing, and doing things worthy of stripes, {Does not do it deliberately} shall be beaten with few stripes. For to whomever much is given, of him much shall be required. And to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more” (Luke 12:47-48 MKJV).

Jesus teaches that those who knowingly disobey God’s will face greater consequences than those who act in ignorance. These verse’s highlight that with greater knowledge and blessings comes greater responsibility. This principle applies to all aspects of life, whether in faith, leadership, or personal actions. Those entrusted with much are expected to act wisely and faithfully.
