Thanks to Jesus, sacrifice, your body is now God’s home. When you have guests in your home, you honor them by putting things in order and doing all that you can to make them feel comfortable. By taking care of yourself physically, mentally, and spiritually, you are doing the same for God. You are giving your heavenly Father a warm welcome home. Your body is a sacred place where God’s Spirit resides. This is a reflection of the kind of place you desire to offer the Father who loves you unconditionally.
